Return and refund policy
1. RETURN TIME
Products can only be exchanged or refunded within 15 days from the time you receive the goods. After this time, Ghien Foods will refuse any request for return or refund for the product
2. REFUND CONDITIONS
Products must meet all of the following conditions to return:
Still in term of change
Products within the return period
Returned products must be intact, not torn, dented, broken, ...
The product still has the manufacturer's stamp and mark
Return / exchange products must be full of boxes, paper and unused
You must bear costs incurred: transportation, packaging, collection on behalf of, communication costs, ... except for special cases in accordance with article 4 of the return and refund policy.
3. RETURNING METHOD
Step 1: After receiving the goods or before buying from Ghien Foods, please check carefully 1 time before receiving the goods. If you have any problems, please contact Ghien Foods.
Step 2: If buying products online, Ghien Foods will agree with customers on the time and method of product return and refund.
Step 3: After receiving the original product from the customer, Ghien Foods will proceed with shipping the replacement product to the customer or refunding the customer's request. Refund amount will be deducted costs incurred under the repayment conditions, except under special circumstances under clause 4 of the return and refund policy.
4. HOW TO RECEIVE MONEY
After receiving the original product from the customer, Ghien Foods will process a refund to the customer. The refund amount will be subtracted from the costs incurred under the return terms (Shipping cost, value of the damaged goods, ...)
5. CASES CUSTOMERS CAN CHANGE AND REPAY PRODUCTS WITHOUT ANY EXPENSES
The product is not synchronous, the quantity is not enough as agreed
The product has an incomplete external condition: packaging tear, peeling, broken, ...
The product has expired
Products delivered not according to orders
You contact us as soon as possible, our system will check if your item was sent wrongly. If there is a mistake, we will replace the correct item (when available).
